Good morning everyone! I hope you all doing well. I need little help in writing an email which is very urgent. actually I have applied in german university and i missed my two documents and when I wrote an email to the university regarding my missing documents and ask them that is there any other way to send my application without having my missing documents then university replied me and said we will answer you after a week and that you can apply without documents or not. now I want to send them a little reminder that the course applying deadline is very close and I want to apply before the deadline if it is not possible so should I wait for next semester. I wrote an email like:
-----------------------------------------------
"I hope this email finds you well. I have just checked that my course in that I want to apply has deadline 15th May and it is very close and I’m still unable to provide you my documents. I just want to know have you find any way to accept my application without my missing documents which I have mentioned in the previous email or should I skip this semester and wait for the next semester and then apply with completed documents.
Sir, I actually don't want to skip this semester and want to appear in as soon as possible as I have mentioned I have almost completed all my documents including motivational letter and thesis proposal.
I would appreciate it if there is any way to send my application without these two documents.

----------------------------------------
Thank you, everyone, in advance.

I refer to my previous email dated ..... informing you that I cannot provide two of the necessary documents required to apply for the course. To date I have not received a reply from you and as the deadline 15th May is imminent I wonder if you have any information for me.
The deadline is two weeks away and you say that you have almost completed the letter and thesis. If you work hard to complete them now, you will stand a far better chance of getting a place at the university. Go for it!

I answered this at 8.01 this morning, not sure what happened to it
^ Your answer is there, Margo.
Hi Jo - hope you're keeping well. Fatema has posted 3 times on this at 7.38 8.46 and 12.38. I can't find the one at 7.38 on the jobs and education list now - unless I'm going potty :-)
Hello Fatema -hope you are well. This is my effort:

Good Morning
The ( insert name of course with code number) that I want to apply has a deadline 15th May.
As I advised you in my previous email of ( insert date of email)I’m still unable to provide you with the necessary documentation to complete my registration.. In your reply to my email you did say there was a way to apply without the documentation, and you would let me know. The deadline is getting closer and I have not heard back from you.
I am keen to start the course in (insert date) and have almost completed all of the extra documentation you require. I would be grateful if you could allow me to complete my registration before the deadline, and I will forward you the extra documents in the near future.
Please forward me information on how to do this, or a telephone number would be much appreciated

Kind Regards
Dear Sirs,
I hope that this email finds you well. I have just checked, and I find that the course which I have selected has the deadline of 15th May for applications. This deadline is now very near, and I am still unable to supply the missing documents to which I referred earlier. Could you please inform me of any way in which you can accept my application without the missing documents (as I mentioned in my earlier email), or should I miss applying in this semester, wait for the next semester, and then apply with my completed documents? Please note that I do not want to avoid applying in this semester, and I would like to apply as soon as possible. As I have already mentioned, I have completed almost all my documents, including a motivation letter and a thesis proposal. I should appreciate it if you could let me know if there is any way in which I could submit my application without these two documents.
Hi Margo, I hope you're well also. This is the 7.38 post which you answered at 8.01..... ;-)
