I'm needed to make a recipe for a savoury crepe. and i've come up with having the ingredients of spinach, gruyere cheese, milk and lemon..imy crepe already has the APF, salt, egg and milk. it's just that i don't know if it will taste atleast something to give me a a good grade. please help me. what more ingredients can i add? or remove?help.

Hi Koreen, are you allowed to use herbs?... ie: parsley, nutmeg, oregano.... chives...
if you wilt the spinach with a bit of butter and a taste of grated nutmeg, place on crepes, fold into parcels, place fold side down in a grill dish, grate the gruyere cheese on top and grill under high heat till browned... it would be nice if you had very very finley grated onion in that too...
