I don't think there is a next life but no matter how bad things seem this one can be changed. Get some professional help. I tried to kill myself when I was young that failure was so lucky as despite many problems through life I still met some amazing people and had many many happy times.

What makes you think that karma exists, or reincarnation for that matter ?
Life has ups and downs. Whether one's on on a high or a low, it will change, so one should avoid drastic action which is likely to be a major error.
Go find help for whatever your issues are.

I think you would be better putting this question to a Buddhist priest, who might have a deeper understanding of the concept of reincarnation and karma than random individuals on this site. For my part, my understanding of Buddhist teaching is that if you commit suicide in this life, you may be reborn in a sorrowful realm. This is because the primary ethic of Buddhism is that you should do not harm - as suicide harms both yourself and those left behind, taking your life violates this primary rule.
