Is there/where could I find an English translation of Aline et Valcour by Marquis de Sade? thanks

This sounds like a question a librarian would be able to answer.  There used to be a service on the internet called "ask a librarian" but I have not used it for a while.  It should be possible to reach it via the following site: www.earl.org.uk/ask/  Once I e-mailed them to ask a question about a little known book by Jules Verne and they came up with a comprehensive answer.

There is an English translation of Aline et Valcour by Marquis de Sade now available, published in 3 volumes in 2019 by Contra Mundum Press. The translation is by Jocelyne Geneviève Barque and John Galbraith Simmons, a husband and wife team.
