Depends on what the seeds are.
If you plant a bread seed you get a bread tree... Duhh!
Good for toothache & slotting into fillings
It ups your fibre intake.
It adds more texture and nutrients. Seeds are particularly rich in good fatty acids.
She wants to turn you into a bird, Baz - a cockatwo perhaps?
Seeds I good for you, well certain types, but I don't really know how many you would need to eat before you started cherpping, nice on brown bread, I always go for it.
Almonds are also very good for your health, very much overlooked, I get them from Aldi, £1.35 per bag to put on my oats.
I've made a seeded bread that's 75% seeds* + oats. It's really delicious...and way more nutritious than white bread.

*...it's supposed to contain nuts, but I leave them out as some make my mouth itch.
Sounds really nice Pasta
Love seeded bread. It's the only type I buy at the moment.
Can only think of disadvantages.
I suppose you eat less so take in fewer carbs and slim down.
I'm buying more and more seeded bread, I like the 'nutty' taste and it makes nice toast too !
The more different things you eat, the more likely you are to get a good varied diet with lots of different vitamins and minerals. People who eat the same old white *** are missing out.
