Cool Evening

I'm just in from an hour in the garden picking fruit, a bit of dead heading and checking on the waterbutts ready for the rain. Its so lovely and cool out, and the rain has started now. Another storm in the distance, maybe off the east coast. How are the temperatures where you are?

We had a thunderstorm ,nothing of consequence but the temperature has cooled considerably

20C (68F) outdoors, according to the BBC website.

Fairly chilly, comparatively. I went to lie in the sun at about 4 o’clock. Must have drifted off. Woke up at 5 feeling quite cold. Nice relief really. Too hot yesterday.
