Dear QoM…… I'm just creeping back after a horrible, really horrible family time (still not wholly resolved and leaving big problems in its wake). All I can say is to take time out, go for walks, ground yourself. Look and think about what is important - forget the 'stuff' and focus on what matters. I very much know that this easier said than done. I can't quite see my way through yet, but you have a huge positive to go for. Don't like to say this - but, if you need medical help, ask for it. Not sure of background, so may be wrong on lots, just trying to help with coping with a crisis situation. :)
