Have separated from wife of 5 years for 6months. It is all amicable, no children involved and finances all settled. What is the quickest way to get divorced, in particular which grounds to use? There has not been unreasonable behaviour on either side nor adultery. We just both want to move on with our lives seperately asap.
We dont wish to wait 2 years (how do you prove it?). Could I admit to adultery with an unnamed woman as a simple solution (as long as I dont need to prove it?)
Any advice welcome

Yes you could admit to adultery without naming a woman. That would suffice. You can say you had a one night stand with a stranger.

As you are both in total agreement you could simply cite unreasonable behaviour as one or the other of you refuses to live with the other and is living as a single, unmarried person against the wishes of the other.
