ACT6 and merged e-mails

We've been using ACT6 for a couple of years and successfully send bulk e-mails to our customers 3 or 4 times a year to remind them to re-order. The e-mail is a merge document created in ACT and its an HTML. The documents merge and then are sent out through Outlook. This week we did it all, as usual, and had absolutely no response - not even an 'out of office' auto-reply. We asked a few customers and they hadn't received anything. One sent to ourselves was fine. We cannot see why they are not getting through. Some might be blocked by firewalls but not all of them. And it's definatel;y not spam. Anyone any thoughts? Thanks in advance. FlickMay

It could be an outgoing spam filter operated by your own ISP. What happens if you send them to your customers one at a time?

Thanks for taking the time to help, Rojash. We thought this but our ISP assured us otherwise. Having played about all morning sending multiple e-mails to ourselves (!) we've found that there's a conflict between our versions of ACT and Outlook and it all seems to work if we use ACT's internal e-mail.
