It has really been getting the better of me recently and its wearing me down!!

I take propranolol which helps to an extent x

I know!!!!! Lol!!! Im listening i pwomise xx
I am a fellow anxiety sufferer and I would really not recommend them at all. They would not react well to your other medications and they are, to be honest, a waste of money (I used to work there so I would know!). Have you tried Mindfulness therapy for your anxiety? My therapist suggested it to me and although I was skeptical at first but it really works for me. It is all about how you feel in this moment and concentrating on that. You can get apps for your phone or tablet that will lead you through how the therapy works so you don't need to spend any money to give it a try.
SSRI to deal with anxiety can cause real issues.. Especially if you're also slightly depressed.
CBD is neurological and can tell your brain cells that are triggering anxiety to 'calm down'. This is also why it's a great anti-inflammatory. CBD won't be a dangerous addition to pharmaceutical medications.

Tinks to be on the safe side, talk to GP. But the link i provided is to 'better quality' CBD products. You can talk to hemp botanics about any products and they'll be happy to help. Another company (where you can get free samples) is CBDbrothers. These are cool guys who care about the medicinal affects CBD can have on people.

Cancer and chemo patience are recommended to take CBD or other cannabinoids to help pain, anxiety, stress and depression also appetite and fatigue. They're usually on a mad variety of drugs and there is (almost) never a reaction between CBD and the pharmaceuticals. But talk to your doc if you want to be sure. Better safe than potentially sorry.
As bagpus says CBD is subjective to the situation and the user.. However as i've said, if you wish to try CBD do not even consider going to holland and barrents. They're just 'jumping on the band wagon'. If you want to go to a real store still, hemp botanics have one in london on Portobello road where you can get all the products including cannabis CBD flower (which you would not like as you need to smoke it and it's much more like the kind 'they smoke on da streetz')
While I did the tranquilizer route many many moons ago, the one thing that helped me was high strength vitamin B complex. The B vitamins are known to be particularly beneficial for the central nervous system ie mood and anxiety. Magnesium is also useful as it promotes relaxation. I firmly believe that diet is a main contributor to both physical and mental health.
I agree Pasta. "food is medicine"
cool! jam doughnuts all round!

GP agreed that it was reasonable to increase the dose of my medication. Im positive this will help, so I will leave out the CBD for now!
