My son starts yet another job in the morning. (and muggins here will have to be up at 6 to make sure that hes up) Hope springs eternal in that he may yet stick this one out. Sometime this week I may start a voluntary position as a voluntary van driver...and who know what may lead from there...
Goodnight guys. I don't believe in God but if you do, God bless, and if you don't....best wishes!
Same sentiments, just different ways of saying them...

Makes all the difference Tills when you have a job that you enjoy and decent workmates to have a laugh with. Ive always told my lad never stick with a job if its making you miserable no matter how good the pay. Find one that you are happy with.

Trouble is, he's had jobs that he HAS enjoyed but didn't stick it.
What makes him jack it in then, Nails? Lack of motivation?
Nailit, for 30 years (and numerous jobs) I always had trouble getting along with my bosses.
So I bought my own business.
Didn't make any difference, the boss was still an R soul ;-/

Various reasons Tills. He worked in Leeds for a bit but got home sick, another job required long working hours with a long commute so he had NO time to himself, other jobs he simply didn't take to. Got a good feeling about this one though as he will be working with his mums ex husband (who got him the job) and he gets on well with him. Plus its regular 9-5 hours with a short commute and he likes warehouse work (would be my worst nightmare though, stick me in a warehouse and I would be back in the loony bin within a week)

LOL Ozzy, I would be the same....
Let's hope this is the one then, Nails.

Hey, Ozz. You're not that bad. :-)
You have never worked for me Tilly.
I have ;-))
Well, no, but you seem to be hard working, committed and successful at what you do, so your boss must be very pleased with you really.

Please explain that to Mrs Oz ;-))
Have you got a megaphone I could borrow?
Sorry no!
But feel free to shout it from the roof tops.
I'm stood outside with hands cupped behind ears and I'll relay what you say.
I'll do it later, Oz. Off out in a minute or two.

Tilly walking and Line dancing.
Enjoy your day xx
