I suffer from really bad period pain, but I hate taking really strong pain killers each month. I notice lillets are doing a new heat soothing adhesive thing that you stick on your stomach to relieve pain. Has anyone tried it? Is it any good?

I haven't tried it, but it looks like a great idea - a hot water bottle you can wear! It's supposed to work for up to eight hours, so you could use it all day
Before and after I menstrate I use Dong Quai treat my menstral problems like pain and bloating. You can purchase Dong Quai and any pharmacy or health food store. I've notice a difference and it really helps. Dong Quai is known as the 'female ginseng' and you can use this everyday. Good Luck :-)
The best thing (unfortunately cos you really don't feel like it) is exercise. I have noticed a huge difference in the pain I experience since cycling to work and back everyday. Also I have been told that applying heat when you have cramps may actually worsen them as this has the effect of causing greater pressure in the womb.
for four years my daughter had this every mo. she finally went to a specialist it was uterine cancer she had to have a large hysterectomy but it solved the problem she's 35
