Horny summers

Following on from LeedsRhinos' hangover thread, these lovely warm summer day certainly gets my sap rising.

Looking out across the sunny meadows and streams from my back garden, i just want to take a lovely girl out there and.....well you can guess the rest.

I know a lot of my male friends are the same......does the sun have the same effect on you girlies ?

I've got to work behind a bar this evening... bearing this conversation in mind suspect I'll be in an exceptionally 'friendly' mode... ho hum.

a comrade of the bar trade! I work at a bar in morpeth in northumberland, night off 2nite tho, back in over the wknd. its always a better night when the sun has been out. you can feel the mood change in a pub once the nites get light and the weather improves. its weird. love it when its hot and all the lovely ladies come out. its funny watchin the blokes trying and failing miserably to score.

I only do it part time to suppliment income but it's actually the job I prefer but I love people watching when I do it... it's so funny watching when a bloke thinks he's being suave when he's actually making a complete muppet of himself with a lovely lady... that and spotting when people start hitting on the bloke/lady their mate was flirting with while the mate's vanished to the loo or something... all very entertaining.

i never used to be a nosy old gossip but since i started working their i love it. shame you have to sometimes listen in to the same conservation 20 times a night!!

lol. Do the occasional shift in the pub. Only get the same about 10 times, before they lose the ability to speak. Can't have a go though, I'm usually one of them. Only 2 more hours til pub time :oD

God... my lot will lose the ability to walk, sing, dance and find the loo but they never, never lose the ability to speak!!! Thankfully I'm great at blocking out background noise and nodding my head in the right places... ;0)

As will be proven tomorrow night, they never had the ability to sing/dance to start with, but believe they gain it after a few drinks. The lack of walking ability comes a bit later. ****** me off when they're trying to order a round and forget what they're doing half way through!! Always costs them another drink when they do that ;-)

am i the only one who gets the urge to tell them to shut up and stop talking S**t. the way they go on drives me mad sometimes. wish i was going out 2nite. stuck at a bloody family do. wouldnt mind of it was my family. just ran the long nought over my head, my other halfs mother hates my hair to short!!

Actually I find their repeated conversation quite soothing... if they were suddenly to start developing interesting lives I'd start to worry about my own! ;0)

Stevie165... If your other halves mum only has your hair to moan about it sounds like you're doing fine to me!

its all she'l moan about to my face. no-one would be good enough for her little girl. i like to wind her up in my own little ways.
i'm sure one of the locals who comes in is a stalker. he was turfed out of the local tap & spile for pestering one of the staff and has become fixated by one of the lasses who works in our pub. he's been on google maps 2 look at pictures of her village and everything. never stops going on about her and how her hubby makes her work 2 hard and that.

Well when you're female and work in places like bars you get all kinds of nonsense, most of it is just drunk blokes and can be taken with a pinch of salt... I'd just keep an eye on the situation, if she's not freaked out then should be alright.

Your girlfriends mum sounds like a normal mum to me I have to say!

As long as you and your other half are tight it's not something I'd worry about. I'm pretty sure my exes mum hated me (fairly mutual to be honest) but I wasn't having a relationship with her.... And now I'm not having a relationship with either of them,,YAY!!!!

i'd still bar her if she came in the pub tho!!

Sigh.... no internet access at home... guess I'll just have to live with knowing whatever it is is nasty and that I most likely don't really want to see it!
