Is there any way I can stop The Answer Bank sending me emails to let me know I have an answer when I've posted a question? Or perhaps, just one email per question?

Go to the question and unsubscribe.
As the question's author, you will be able to see to the right of your question, a red-headed box saying "Got an answer?"

Click on the link and you will stop receiving the e-mails for that question.
I would also like to know how to stop them, they are driving me mad.
"Tourman" -: You can only subscibe to a question where do you unsubscribe?
"brachiopod" -: Where is this box saying "got an answer"?
oldgit - you will have to go to a question you actually asked.

The "Got an answr?" box will be to the right of the main question pane. (Where the the red banner with "AB Newsletter" is on this question - up there near the top right.)
