Ironically it was not a Lennon & McCartney composition it was Long Tall Sally by Little Richard. Their rooftop performance in Saville Row in 1969 was their true last live performance.

Regrettably not, as I was 18 months old at the time!! I am sure the people who were there have dined out on the story a few times though.
