Just a query really. When taking a screen shot of video do the media players have some sort of anti-frame grab mechanism or something because I can't do it. When I paste the shot into word if I scroll down the image moves as well and is the wrong size so that it is useless and unusable. Anybody else find this? Thanks.

Depends what you are using - most "DVD player" software allows you to take screen grabs (and play most types of video file) or there are a lot of bits of software that will do the trick if you have a Google.

Hi, not sure if this answers your question but may help anyway.
In Word left click the image to highlight it. Then right click, now select format picture. Select layout, then select, behind text. You can resize and move the image any where. VideoLan supports screen grab and is freeware.
