This has been on and off for about 4 weeks.

On a scale of one to ten it's about a 3 pain wise. Occasionally I need to dash to the loo a few times then it's ok.

Sometimes causes me to feel sick and sometimes I feel bloated.

Nothing in particular triggers it. That I'm aware of.

The cyst on my ovary is also being a little niggly and I'm sort of having a bleed. I believe this is down to stress.

I'm on Noriday and I'm taking my Omeprazole and Mebeverine (when required)

Any ideas what it could be and is it worth bothering the doctor about?

Ah and sugars VERY stable!
"Ah and sugars VERY stable!"

That is important and rules out a couple of situations.......BUT...no enough information, not nearly enough information.

Where IS the "tummy pain?" upper, lower, left, right..........?
Colicky? coming in going in waves.....OR persistent (there all the time)
Do you fell bloated after just a few mouthfuls of food.....or not?

"Dash to the loo? diarrhea or to pass water?

Sqad, it's fairly central. There is period like cramps further south that isn't causing me any concern.

The pain lasts a day or so goes away for 2 or 3 days and comes back again.

Usually feel bloated after my meal like right after and it can last for a good few hours. I feel bloated just now and it's been 3 hours since I ate. This bloating came on about maybe an hour to 2 hours ago.

The dashing to the loo is to pass a bowel movement, usually because the pain gets intense that I feel I need to go. Then it goes.

I don't think it's my Ibs - it feels different.

queeny....right.
No big deal, it does sound as though it may well be gall bladder problems.........toddle off to the G.P at your leisure and let him have a feel.
