JJ after your terrible accident what happened to the driver? Was he ever charged with careless driving?

What accident?

JJ was hit by a car about 6 months ago and broke her collar bone and hurt her back badly.
We never heard what happened after that and I was just hoping that the driver was charged.

It was back in February.

I vaguely remember it now. Surprised she didn't get back to AB with the outcome.

I suspect she was too busy trying to recover...I think she took time away from AB for a while.

She did pasta, I was hoping to find out the outcome as it could have been a lot worse!

She's been posting regularly so I guess she's over the worst.

Maybe doesn't want to discuss her accident.

It certainly would be nice to know the outcome of her injuries and how she is getting on and the inevitable legal case that ensued, which is no doubt still ongoing.

well thanks for enquiring - an update - the matter is in the hands of a solicitor and that would be it until I hear from him again.

I am so grateful that I am not in a wheelchair - truly thankful for that.

Phone your solicitor 4 weeks after the contact - they tend to keep things on hold unless nudged. Hope you get the right outcome :)

I honestly don't care about the compo - if I get it - good - but as I have said before - truly thankful at my lucky escape in being able to walk.
