What an obnoxious and pompous man! His attitude is beyond belief.

He said he checked the temperature in his car when he arrived and it was.....25%.....I think...... how did he do that.....he's lying on top of his shocking treatment of the dogs.....
And saying that he left his car unlocked so somebody could open it should this situation arise?????
Or the car and the dogs could have been stolen, perhaps?

I wonder if the RSPCA ever did arrive...but I hope his congregation and his daughter see the video.....nasty man!....x
