What are the best foods to eat and the best to avoid if you suffer from low blood sugar. And yes I have already been to the doctor, so need need to tell me go.

If you suffer from low blood sugar levels, I'm surprised your GP didn't offer you a diet sheet or some advice either from the surgery or the hospital.

Hey there, my big bro and mum are diabetic an i know all about this stuff!!!!! Well, for a start, NEVER miss breakfast, try to cut the drinking down, have lotsa carbs - pasta, bread etc, but they are jus the basics! ask ya Doc!
