I'm trying to find out the source of a deposit in my bank account from 3 years ago. Looking on the bank statement for the month in question the Payment Type column is blank - that's the column that normally contains a code such as DEB or CHQ. The description of the transaction is "F/FLOW TLT" and I've no idea what that means. Please can anyone help?

Yodel - have you tried contacting your bank - they should be able to help.
Ask your bank, codes vary for each one. It sounds like funds may have been transfered from another account within the Bakn.
Contact your bank - but it does sound like a transfer between accounts

Thansk for the advice. Unfortunately don't have a lot of confidence in my bank's customer service line. Tried to make an appointment to go into my branch on Saturday and was advised it's open on a Saturday, even though I know it is! Ask to be put through to the branch...not a hope. These overseas customer help centres are hopeless.
