does anyone know what this file is? because it keeps picking up viruses! however i don't want to open it unless it is a virus!

First get yourself an AV - Avast or AGV are good and free. Once installed right click on the .exe file and click on the scan for viruses tab. The file will be scanned for you by the AV and you'll know if its Ok to open.
All Av's check incoming files now anyhow so my question to you is do you have an AV and is is kept up to date?
