Find Music On Ipad Lost Due To Reset

I lived in the USA until recently but lost all my music due iPad having to be reset. I have most of it back but can't find one song with a video of couples kissing and holding each other and can't remember it's name,
Can anyone help?

That's Apple for you. If you didn't buy it from them it doesn't exist.

I have updated iTunes on our PC (because it would not work with my wife's updated iPhone) and any music we had loaded and synced that didn't come from iTunes was gone.

Apple customer "service" should be understood in the context of a bull "servicing" a cow.
