Yesterday, we were told that the new fees in next year will probably be only £3:00, against the nearly £7:00 it cost today. Now it could even be free at night !

This is the best news since the Bridge was stolen away from us years ago.

I obviously did not explain myself too well, tony. I was comparing the saving in time using the old and new (Toll) M6 routes with using the Severn Bridge or travelling via Gloucester.I suggested that the Severn Bridge was just as avoidable as the M6 Toll because the saving in time is very often similar.
