Does it have to be a Scottish cheese.

I was recently at a distillery and they swear by gorgonzola (sorry terrible spelling) as it is salty and creamy.

Thanks Islay
Does not have to be Scottish but thought it would be appropriate and Christmas is one of the few times of the year that shops stock 'different' cheeses
Our nearest specialist cheese shop is no more
