Can't think of one, but there are quite a few specific parking places (buildings)near the centre. That was 3 yrs. ago.

The Sowton Park & Ride is close to Exeter Services at J30 on the M5.

If you are coming off the motorway head towards the services and on the left just before the services you will see a sign for Sowton park and ride. Go on that road and it is the first turning on the right at the traffic lights.
