Depends if you mean you want to learn how to play the piano but only have a keyboard to practise on, or if you want to learn how to professionally play a keyboard/organ. If it's the first option, or you're unsure, I reccommend you start by learning the piano basics. And good books to start with are by a man called John Thompson. The first book (if you want to start with the VERY basics) is called Thompson's Easiest Piano Course (Part 1), is available from amazon.co.uk (go there and search for "John Thompson" under "Books" and it's the first result) and it's less than a fiver!

Good luck!

Playing a keyboard is nothing like playing the piano, it's a totally different technique.Try The Complete Keyboard Player series, my daughter was taught from this and could play very well in a matter of months.
I agree with Harley as an Adult I taught myself using Kenneth Baker's excellent Complete Keyboard Player Series.
