Well, it's harmless to change your password at any time. The safe way is to log-in to facebook in your usual manner and then change your password. WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T CLICK ON A LINK IN THE EMAIL TO CHANGE IT.

I had one saying my PayPal account was limited . It looked so real . Had one similar before but I never click on any of those e mails .
