Removal Of Groove Music

Could some kind person tell me the best way to remove Groove Music from my computer.

Googled it. it is a Microsoft music app, so just go to 'Uninstall programs' look for it and delete it.

For me its just another piece of junk designed to fill the Microsoft coffers that like a number of other apps are not straightforward to remove

I like Groove Music and it hasn't cost me a penny.

Thanks to those that have answered my plea...... I have tried all the suggestions you have given me and I still cannot get rid of Groove Music from Microsoft.
