are the immigration there very scrict? im going with a freind who was cautioned for drunk and disordely 4yrs ago should she declare it on the visa waiver form?


if we dont will they be able to see she was cautioned?

a lot of questions like this lately... the answer is that strictly speaking you should apply for a visa before you go, which is expensive and takes ages and you might not get it. If I were you I'd keep quiet about it, not mention it on the visa waiver form, and cross your fingers (though not where anyone can see them). Most likely they won't know about it, but nothing's certain in this world.

If she mentions it on the visa waiver form she will almost certainly be sent straight home.


If she doesn't mention it, she will almost certainly get in.

dont mention it, it was only a caution, do you think the USA has room on their computer for very person that has had a caution ? I doubt it, just tick the no box and enjoy the holiday.
