Hello,
Just wanting some advice on some health issues I have. I seem to have shortness of breath, cough up mucus, wheezing and tightness in chest every morning and my nose feels congested when I am still in bed. I have been to the doctors and he gave me a course of antibiotics thinking I have a chest infection. After my course I went back with the same issue and he said it looks like you are allergic to pollen. I have never had issues with pollen before really frustrating. Is there anything I can have other than an inhaler and a box of tissues?
Thanks

No.
Visit you're pharmacist, often very helpful.
There's a nasal spray which will help with hay fever symptoms etc. Also some people used to say a little Vaseline around your nostrils will help prevent the pollen from going up your nose.
Sqad...that is very concise!
I'd go with the allergy. This week I've been diagnosed with asthma, following checks. The blossom has been glorious this year, very profuse and I think that has triggered it. Could be the same with you, but you can suddenly become sensitised to something.
Why has no one suggested anti-histamines?

Thankyou guys for all yuor suggestions.
I recommend closing the windows and staying indoors.

Although with the weather we're having at present I'd have thought the pollen count would be low.
