I have an Epson 7670 printer which i use to produce sleeves for my home-made CD's. Lately it's decided to enforce its own artistic ideas on me. I ask it tp print a red background, and it produces a yellow background with red pinstripes! It looks very nice, but I would quite like th colour scheme I have chosen, not the one the printer thinks i should have! have I pressed something somewhere? Any ideas please?

Have you tried a new colour cartridge and/or using your print program to clean the print heads? My printer does similar things when the ink is low.
I would second that, sounds exactly like the red portion of your ink cartridge has run out
