Why can't we send such scum as him back from whence he came, no matter how unsafe it would be for him, the likes of him deserves to be unsafe?

Sadly the judiciary are all in the ABC.
The simple fact is, laws apply to everyone, and although some people may feel irked by the fact that this person is a foreigner, he is not exempt from the protection of the law, and he has used it to his full advantage.

In terms of his safety and avoidance of deportation - these rules exist for the innocent as well as the guilty, and again, the law has been applied fairly and correctly.

The problem lies with the laws that Britain is tied into - not the individuals who exercise it.

Fix one, and you will fix the other.
do you ahve any evidence for this ?

and what difference does it make - dewali is surely not in erm the ABC ?

anyway I think AOG is right - we should pull his finger nails out
and make him run onto red hot pins at eyeball level
oh and drown any kids he has
danger my plaster, just send the scum back to the sh1th0le he came from, use a bit of common.
TTT - the law is exempt from common sense, which actually is a good thing.

Common sense is a moveable feast. the law cannot be.
Why is it that the human rights of dangerous foreign infestation such as this man trumps our rights to live in our country untouched by such filth.
Whats the betting he is on legal aid and some scumbag HR lawyer is getting a nice earner paid for by the British taxpayer.

I would dispute that it really does work like that - although common perception and exceptional media cases would have you believe otherwise.

Remember - ninety-nine English people enjoying the protection of the Human Rights Act is not news, one foreigner doing the same is new.
that's yer ooomann writes Gladian, they are for the use of criminal scum not law abiding citizens. You and I don't have any rights, our ABC countrymen have seen to that.
TTT - I may have asked this before, and forgotten, so please bear with me - what does ABC stand for please?

I can't see how I will ever makes use of this Human Rights Act.
Foreign or not, criminals seem to make better use of it than the law abiding citizen.

It would put him in danger to send him back - a bit like the danger he put those people in when he drove at them outside a night club then ??? Laughable !
The ABC = Anti British Cabal
