I have been saving up daily points for a reward high street voucher using 9500 points. I reached that total last week so was just going to redeem it tonight when I noticed my balance of points has been drastically reduced! Apparently they have sneaked in a new rule that points have to be used within 1 year now - so they have wiped quite a lot! what a con! I've lost all those now ;(
Anyone else been caught out?

I stopped getting the Mail recently and cashed in my points.

If they changed the rules then they should advise you. Check your emails.

I never read the paper so it was stupid for me to get it just for the tokens.

Good luck.
That rule was changed quite some time ago, and they did notify people, pretty sure I got an e-mail about it.
if you do it every day then you will save enough for the 9500 rewards wiithin the year
you do need to buy alot of papers to get afiver, same with nectar points and texaco who use to give points on shopping but stopped
No, I think think the 1 year rule has been in quite a while.

Can't remember exactly when, but we had an Email about it, quite a while back though.
I didn t recieve an email and have collected since the beginning. I always redeem after 500 points anyway. How disappointing to lose out
i redeemed for another £25 M&S voucher today..have had over £100 since it started
I've collected from the start, always redeem at 2000 points.
The one year rule was certainly in force in 2013 cause I lost points while I was in hospital having a chunk of my lung removed (cancer).
