What do your deeds say about access?

If he has Sorned his Vehicle and it's not on his property, is it legally parked, I would get the police to have a look.

Question Author
Baldrick would it still be illegally parked as it is not on a public highway the problem is it is on jacks so can't be easily moved

unfortunately he is an ignorant human being and does not talk to anyone we have tried knocking on a few times and he doesn't answer the door
Do as Baldric suggests if I were you, wigangal.

If it's sorned it needs to be on private ground not a public vehicular right of way, what is it?
id get your landlord to sort it if i were you
Question Author
i'm not sure what it is it's off a road down the backs of the house we all have back gates but the rest of the row only has small back yards and nowhere to park a car my car insurance is stated that at night my car is in my garden not on the public road at the front of the house where it is at the moment and has already been damaged since having to park it there (Wing mirror smashed off twice )

If the area that you refer to is accessible to the public without restriction, then it is classed as part of the public highway for the purpose of the Road Traffic Act, therefore you can not keep your SORN vehicle there.
Also if it is in a public area it would need to be Taxed.

Sorry ^^^ for 'your sorned' read 'a sorned'
