Sweet Potato cookies!

Following on from an Aber asking last week (I think it was last week???) about what to cook with sweet potatoes we have just tried this recipie! It's turned out great! Just make sure you don't make the cookies too big before they go in the oven, takes blooming ages otherwise (not good when your aching to try them!).

Anyone else made them? Or have other different (wouldn't have thought to put sweet potatoes in cookie dough) recipies they care to share? :o)

Why do some veggies eat fish?...........and chicken!!!?

sounds intersting wingnut whats the recipe? One of my friends once gave me a tortilla that she had spread peanut butter and chocolate spread on, rolled up and put in the oven for 20 mins take it out and slice it. Sounds vile but tastes great if you like peanut butter !
