For all the kind people who were asking after him yesterday, I have received a message from Retrocop. He asked me to thank you all for your good wishes. He is having a cardio aversion on 8th March to sort his heart rhythm out prior to having another operation to insert a stent for an aortic aneurysm. He is naturally quite worried and fed up with it all, and the fact that he cannot chat to us all doesn't help, but hopefully that will not be for much longer. I hope I have got all these details correctly! He also asked me to send his best wishes and thanks to all the 'crossword crew'
Baldric - he asked me to let you know that Bisley is off the agenda as that is the day of his operation. He can't see himself getting to Bisley for the foreseeable future unfortunately.
