Another Sex Underage Court Case, But
I wonder why it took so long for it to come to court, and if Adam Johnstone is found guilty, should he have a shorter sentence, as he didn't have penetration sex with the girl, unlike the drama teacher?

can you see what happened ? most of the commenters on the daily mail website couldnt .....
Old law - happened in the nineties - before the 2003 act which is much more censorious and so he was senttenced according to principles at the time
