I wonder what the sufficient evidence was with no witnesses and no forensics?

What about crowded trains, buses, concerts.....
It's a shocking case.

It seems that there wasn't.....
Do you think the fact that she was a well known actress made a difference? I would like to think not...
Except perhaps the 'fame' and sensitivity of the 'victim'.
Whoever she is I don't think the CPS did her any favours (or men and women in general) in proceeding with the case on such flimsy 'evidence'.
Sounds like the accuser has a screw loose. (lucky for him it was on cctv)

Blimey...that is completely nuts.

I think this "well known" actress should be named. Why has this man been put through this and the actress not even named "for legal reasons"?
Seems no evidence for a case to be brought at all.
I read this on the BBC website this morning, and I couldn't see a reason why the CPS should have pursued this case at all.

I wonder if the Police will now investigate why the "well-known" actress made false claims ?
