tomorrow our dear friend nungate is being laid to rest, a few of us are going to say our farewells. Nungate will be greatly missed and remembered with tremendous affection for her great sense of fun and humour and in particular the many evenings of hilarity at nungate towers with the mad over 50s club.
It would be nice if at around 11.30am tomorrow those of you who wish to pay respects think of her , queenie and her husband at this sad time, say a wee silent prayer , light a candle or simply say a quiet goodbye.

may there be many tailcocks and volly vonts awairing you dear Nungate.... xxxx..

Ahh - I haven't been on AB for the past few days so I didn't know the funeral was yesterday. But I can still say a quiet little prayer today though, for inner strength for Queenie and her Dad, as I found it was the days immediately following my Mum's funeral when I needed support the most.

My love to you Queenie - your Mum will never be forgotten on here, one of the very best! ♥ xx
