Sent my e-mail off last night... Just saw that someone had posted the answer to 15a somewhere as being Russia and Alaska and the similarly India and Sri Lanka for 15d. Surely the right answers are Asia and America and Asia and Sri Lanka, as Russia, Alaska and India aren't, strictly speaking, "bodies of land"... Or am I too much of a pedant on that..? And similarly the answer to 44c ought to be "Alvy Singer", the character played by Woody Allen in Annie Hall, which he co-wrote with Marshall Brickman... Found this site too late to get the seemingly right answer to 24a. BLAST!!! Have the answers been posted by the Sunday Times yet?
