Does anybody know what foods are concidered fat burners.

I think people talking of food as fat burners are joking...
Or trying to cheat themselves.


Exercise is a fat burner!


Apparently certain foods burn off more calories than they have in them- celery and melon are 2 that spring to mind. Chillies and ginger help speed up your metabolism too along with with coffee.

Yes, I have heard that, too.


Cabbage and even apples are supposed to be 'fat burners'.


I simply don't believe it!


It's the same with broccoli, you can burn off 25cal just by digesting it.


A portion of broccoli only has 50cals, and digesting them takes 75cal, so you lose 25cal just by eating them!


Sounds good to me!


The same principle works with apples and melons too.
