Downloading Windows 10

my pc has just been returned from the repair shop and i have lost windows 10 and cant seem to get it back. please can anyone help? Thanks

Google Windows 10 & make sure you are NOT CHARGED like someone on here a few weeks back that paid for a free download
Problem is that's all these repair shops do, reset to factory settings. Ask them if they are going to charge you to perform this task. Then take it away and do it yourself.

Is your repaired PC running Microsoft Windows and if so what version is it?

have you asked the repair shop why its gone,when u start up whats running "xp-win7 ??)

windows 7 is running
If you have not already tried the following, the Microsoft web link below should enable you to upgrade your Windows 7 to Windows 10. If you access the web link and then click on the 'Get Started' option it is designed to guide you through the upgrade process.

On selecting the 'Get Started' option the process initially downloads a program file called GWX-pse_ggl.exe, usually to your computer 'Downloads' file folder, which you will then need to select / double-click to run and commence the upgrade walk-through process.

Think yourself lucky and stick with 7. Win10 has given me nothing but trouble and I have reverted to 7 on my main PC.

tried all your suggestions, phoned tech guys who told me what to do, thanks for your help. mjwman, I had it before and found it better.
