New Lexus SC430 commercial

Does anyone know the title and artist of the Sigur Ros/Radiohead/Coldplay-sounding song used in the new Lexus SC430 advert? That's the one with the bloke driving through a silent, empty town until he opens the driver's door and the streets become flooded with people.

Hi, the track is called Open Heart Zoo by a largely unheard-of artist called Martin Grech, who performs with Tim Elsenburg on Guitar, Al Hamer on Drums, Bish on Bass and Pete Miles on Keys and Guitar.
The album 'Open Heart Zoo' is due for release n the summer of 2002 on Island Records in the UK and Interscope Records in the US. One US reviewer of the album wrote: "album's like this come along once in a decade and artists like Martin Grech once in a lifetime." The single 'Dali' is due for release on Island Records in the UK on 10th June 2002.
