I need sunshine...

I'm hoping to book a 3-4 day break...

can anyone recommend somewhere that isn't too far from Blighty although due to the trip only being 3-4 days I don't want a really long flight.

Got to say I prefer Fuerta Ventura or Gran Canaria - but there are some lovely parts of Tenerife, and the weather's mostly just right.

All the Canary islands are much further south than Blighty, Madeira is another option.
