Canada, We're in Halifax and we have snow, lots of it. Some where like Whistler in BC, or one of the other ski resorts in Canada.

ski resorts, if you like skiing. European ones are doing ok this year but not every year; US ones like the Rockies are more reliable. Or further north try somewhere like Banff or Lake Louise in Canada. Or Lapland

US/Canadian border /Ithaca/-the finger lakes of northern New York state (about 7 hours drive from NY city or localairport) plus other interesting things of a waterfall nature, mountains and pine trees - also a wine-making area, got a lovely blueberry fortified wine etc
