Flooding In Rochdale.

The town council made a bad decision in trying to return Rochdale town centre to it's Victorian/Edwardian image. In those days, the River Roche flowed openly through the town centre, then it was covered over. Now they've opened it up again, it gets badly flooded due to the recent weather. The mind boggles!
