the reason i ask, is because my sister booked a mini break with them going to brussels by eurostar for a long weekend. cut a long story short, her and hubby got to themselves to London to board the eurostar train to discover that expedia hadnt confirmed the booking with Eurostar, the outcome no holiday to brussels, to celebrtae a wedding anniversary.!!! plus being a busy time, 1/2 term, no chance of getting another train. Trying to contact Expedia has turned out to be fruitless. dont answer calls or emails.

I have used them quite a few times too and never had a problem, last time was a few years ago now though for a trip to New York.
We had a slight problem when we booked flights with them last year, the flights kept changing, but we felt that was more the carriers' fault than Expedia's.
