not the pennines as they are not mountains
Any school atlas will give you The Pennines. Cross Fell, the highest Point is 893 metres or nearly 3000 feet. Thats big. Bet you whoever you want the info for will accept Pennines as the answer
Unfortunately, the Pennines ARE only hills, i.e all under the accepted hight for a mountain, as noted from the following:

However, some hills can be called mountains and some mountains can be called hills - it's just a matter of the original name given to the relief.

and as the majority of the Pennines are below this height, then as such the North west highlands are the only acceptable answer
