Can anyone recommend an apartment or small villa near seafront in Tenerife for elderly parents

I am looking for accommodation for my elderly parents near seafront in Playa De Las Americas in Tenerife that is not too far away from shops, restaurants etc ( so within walking distance) as my mum has had a slight stroke and cannot walk too far ( so no hills).
They stayed in Club Atlantis before in an apartment with ocean views which was great for them so something like that.
Can anyone help?
